Can I keep a toy my child loves?
Yes! If you and your child fall in love with a toy and know that taking it away from them will do not good for them, you are welcome to purchase it for the price it was purchased for. The difference will be calculated based on your subscription rate, price per toy (for example, Premium Subscription is $6 per toy), subtracted from the retail price). We would never want to upset a child who falls in love with something and ends up really enjoying.
Can I extend a toy in my rental subcription to the following month?
Yes! If your child plays with a toy constantly and they're not ready to give it up, but you know it is something they will probably get over within a few months, you may extend your rental. The toy(s) you keep count for a toy in your subscription package. For example, if you have a Premium Subscription, and decide to keep a toy for another month, you will be able to rent 4 toys the following month, instead of the normal 5. There is a max of 3 renewels, adding up to 3 months. Past this point, you will be charged as if you had bought the item. See above for details of how that price is determined.
What if I lose a toy or a piece of it, or it becomes damaged?
Accidents happen! We have a one time forgiveness policy in which you will not be charged for a damaged, lost toy or piece of a toy. Past the one time forgiveness, you will be charged a fee for the toy based on the quality and retail price, as well as availability of the missing/damaged parts. If it becomes a regular occurance, (3+) your subscription will be terminated.
